Life coaching is like having a personal cheerleader and strategist in your corner. Think of it as a partnership where we dive into what makes you authentically you, get clear on where you want to go, and map out how to get there. It's all about tapping into your personal power, busting through barriers (like limiting beliefs and the expectations of others), and moving you forward towards living the life of your dreams. Whether you're looking to level up your career, revamp your relationships, or feel more alive in your day to day, life coaching is that extra spark that can turn your dreams into your reality.
How Do I Find Myself Again?
Finding yourself again is less about becoming someone new and more about reconnecting with the version of you that got buried beneath expectations, burnout, fear, pain, and survival mode. It’s about learning to trust yourself again, stop living for everyone else, and create a life that actually feels aligned with who you are.
Here's what you can expect as we step into the coaching partnership:
Preparing for Your Complimentary Consultation
Every coaching relationship begins with a 30 minute video consultation. Prior to our call, you'll complete a few intake forms to help us identify where you are, where you'd like to go, and whether we're the right fit to work together.
Virtual Coaching Sessions
Sessions are conducted via secure video through SimplePractice, allowing you to coach from anywhere. Whether you're at home, in your office, or traveling, coaching is designed to fit seamlessly into your life.
Each session is 50 minutes. Most clients begin with weekly sessions for greater momentum, though bi-weekly coaching is also available.
Coaching Membership and Investment
Coaching begins with a 12-session membership designed to create meaningful and lasting change.
Weekly Membership: 12 sessions over 3 months, $780/month.
Bi-Weekly Membership: 12 sessions over 6 months, $380/month.
After the initial membership, many clients continue on in a monthly membership for ongoing growth and support.
Coaching is a collaborative process. Clients are encouraged to take notes during sessions and complete personalized reflection exercises or action steps between meetings. These may include journal prompts, mindset work, conversations, or practical next steps designed to help you create meaningful progress.
